This is a pencil drawing on cotton bristol board, drawn from life. It was done at the Grand Central Academy of Art in NY. I had (4) 4 hour sessions, and as you can see, it was not enough time to finish the drawing.

Red, White and My Blue WRX: 9 x 7"

This is Pier Village in Monmouth, NJ. That's my blue WRX parked in front of Stewarts and the Chocolate Factory (don't know who's Ford Taurus that is, but I needed white). I painted this in pouring rain, hiding under the gazebo directly in front of these stores.

On another note, some of my larger still-life paintings are at the Frederick Galleries, in their Allenhurst and Spring Lake galleries and can be purchased directly thru them.

Kick it Up - 18 x 24"

This is "Tiger Woodman" at Monmouth Park, NJ (jockey is Felix L. Ortiz). This painting is currently at the Frederick Gallery in Allenhurst, NJ. This is one of two paintings that are part of the Breeder's Cup Exhibition currently on display at the Frederick Gallery. I'll be there for the reception on Oct. 12, 7- 9pm. September Updates and Events

Monmouth Park, 14 x 18"

• Bayonet Farms Paint-Out and Art Show: Sept. 23rd, Holmdel, NJ. I'll be in the paint-out (painting on location) and entering some paintings in the juried competition.


• The Breeder's Cup Art Exibition: Fredericks Gallery, Allenhurst, NJ - Sept. 25 - Nov. 10. The reception will be on Oct. 12 from 7-9pm, so come on down for some drinks and great art. The above painting is currently at the Fredericks Gallery and I'm working on another horse racing painting for this exibition.


• Mama's Grace Cafe: Chester, NJ - I'm currently displaying 11 animal paintings at Mama's Grace. They have amazing food and an atmosphere to match. Feel free stop on by. You can view the paintings at Mama's Grace here (all the paintings except the ones marked sold.


• Sandy Hook Lighthouse: currently on display thru November. The lighthouse painting below is currently on display in the lighthouse itself (there is a gallery and gift shop inside).


• I'm currently taking figure drawing classes at the Grand Central Academy of Art in NY. These are drawing classes of a live model. I'll have new drawings posted soon.

Sandy Hook Lighthouse - 9 x 12"
